UNRIVALED WILDERNESS OUTPOST FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMSTaking Teams
Taking Teams
Beyond Boundaries
Ditch the fluorescent hotel conference rooms. Our pristine wilderness resort hosts structured corporate summits linking high-adrenaline Polaris trail racing with luxury cabin comforts on one single invoice.
THE BLEEDING-NECK PAIN POINTThe Quiet Crisis of
The Quiet Crisis of
Corporate Retreats
Every organizer wants a retreat that is truly memorable—where teams break free from siloed routines, solve strategic issues, and leave deeply reconnected.
Yet, too many corporate offsites turn into planning nightmares: chasing down catering contracts, renting individual projector gear, signing dozens of liability waivers, and managing overlapping invoices that exhaust the planner before the team even arrives.
01
Fluorescent Fatigue
Planners book hotel ballrooms. Teams sit under buzzing fluorescent grids, staring at dull slide decks while eating cold buffet pastries. They return home feeling exhausted rather than inspired.
02
Logistic Burnout
An organizer must balance up to 20 different vendors: room blocks, bus charters, audio-visual techs, local caterers, activity outfitters, and local insurance permits.
03
Forced Icebreakers
Standard retreats resort to awkward corporate bonding games that feel robotic. Teams recede to their phones, answering Slack messages during coffee breaks.
EXPERIENTIAL JUXTAPOSITION
The Matrix: Standard vs. AOAP
Compare a traditional, fragmented hotel ballroom stay with our structured, high-adrenaline wilderness outpost.
THE FRAGMENTED STATUS QUO
The Disconnected Offsite
- Sitting inside windowless hotel ballrooms with standard AC hums.
- Coordinating 20+ scattered vendor contracts, deposit dates, and invoices.
- Awkward 'two truths and a lie' icebreakers that feel forced and unnatural.
- Bland hotel catering trays, lukewarm coffee urns, and basic corporate setups.
- Teams checking work emails and retreating to their rooms at the first break.
THE AOAP EXPERIENTIAL SUMMIT
The Reconnected Team
- Towering pines, fresh country air, and private woodland timber cabins.
- One single consolidated invoice managed entirely by your Concierge Planner.
- Natural bonding over guided Polaris Racing Clinics and go-kart races.
- Chef-prepared fireside slow-smoked menus and drinks from our bar.
- High-level alignment, real strategic connection, and lasting cultural momentum.

“Our group of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults) had an awesome time!! ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was nice that they had bottled water in coolers at almost all the locations. We were able to book the daytime trail ride, the night ride, the Disney excursion, and the racing clinic. All of which were great!”
